Due to our unique location, we operate primarily by appointment and highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment time and avoid disappointment.
Booking & Booking Fees
To secure appointments of longer than one hour, multiple bookings, or selected specialist treatments, we require a 50% booking fee at the time of reservation due to the nature of our business and allocated treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or postpone your appointment.
Appointments changed, cancelled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 100% of the booked treatment cost being charged.
