Due to our unique location, our business is run mostly by appointment only and we highly recommend you to book your appointment early so as to avoid disappointment. Any appointments after 4pm must be arranged in advance.
We can be extremely busy at times so please do call us beforehand if you would like to visit us for gift vouchers and products.
Booking & Booking Fees
We do require 25% of the cost of your treatment(s) for any appointment which is longer than an hour or any multiple bookings to secure your allocated treatment time due to the nature of our business. During busy times, please leave us your name and telephone number on our answer phone and we’ll return your call as soon as we can.
Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at-least 24 hours notice for cancellation. If this requirement is not met, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
